Energy storage challenge

ETVM’s High5ive™ 4.7V battery cells are designed to be more compact than, and have twice the driving range of, the best available competing cells. Batteries built on the basis of High5ive cells will be less expensive to produce; will have higher energy density reaching 200-250 Wh/kg and beyond (300-350 Wh/kg at the cell level) and will be safer to use.

The company’s scientists bring decades of experience in pioneering the development of advanced lithium-ion cell chemistry, giving ETVM the technical and research skills essential to the challenge of creating market-ready energy storage products.

ETV Motors has filed more than a dozen patent applications and maintains a pro-active approach to protecting its intellectual property.

Unparalleled opportunity

The race to produce winning automotive batteries is one of the hottest there is, with a market predicted to grow phenomenally during the coming five years to some US$33B in annual revenues.

In pursuing these vast opportunities, ETVM’s business development efforts are focused on automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. We expect to earn revenues via a blend of product sales and licensing revenues.
